Known for its viral presence across TikTok, Instagram, and celebrity street style, this brand is bringing its IRL experience to Los Angeles with a 6-month pop-up at The Platform in Culver City, CA.

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stockroom Lead to join our pop-up team. This individual will play a vital role in ensuring the store operates smoothly by managing inventory, optimizing product flow, and supporting sales associates with efficient stockroom processes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the overall operation of the stockroom to maintain an organized, efficient, and safe environment throughout the pop-up duration.

  • Manage all product deliveries by receiving, unpacking, and processing inventory quickly and accurately.

  • Ensure merchandise is steamed, tagged, and replenished on the sales floor in line with visual merchandising standards.

  • Optimize the store's performance by maintaining a well-organized back-of-house with clear product flow processes.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure they have quick and easy access to needed stock to maximize customer experience.

  • Follow all stockroom policies and procedures, including health, safety, and security standards.

  • Support the store manager with additional tasks as needed to achieve sales goals and ensure smooth operations.

About You:

  • Previous experience in a stockroom, retail, or inventory management role, preferably in fashion.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills; able to work collaboratively with the sales team.

  • Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency to ensure fast and efficient product processing.

  • Passionate about fashion and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

  • Flexible, adaptable, and committed to supporting the team during busy retail periods.
