Flagship Store Manager – Opening Winter 2025

Our client, one of the fastest-growing fashion brands in the U.S., is seeking an accomplished Store Manager to lead the opening of its new flagship location at the King of Prussia Mall in Philadelphia. This is a permanent, direct-hire opportunity to establish and shape a retail destination for a globally recognized brand.

The Philadelphia flagship will serve as a showcase of its immersive retail experience—and we are seeking a visionary leader to bring it to life.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Store Manager within luxury or contemporary fashion retail, managing teams and driving sales in the $3.5M–$6M volume range.

  • Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising, customer service excellence, and loss prevention.

  • Familiarity with retail systems including Shopify POS, RFID inventory systems, Microsoft Office, and ADP or similar HRIS (preferred but not required).

  • Availability to work a full-time retail schedule, including weekends and evenings.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain standing for extended periods.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a passionate team to consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences and exceed sales targets.

  • Establish and maintain store standards, operational policies, and processes to ensure efficiency, compliance, and brand consistency.

  • Curate the visual presentation of the store, ensuring it is both commercially effective and aligned with brand aesthetics.

  • Oversee inventory management, shipment processing, and loss prevention strategies.

  • Collaborate with regional leadership to design and execute events, activations, and influencer programming that reinforce the brand’s cultural relevance.

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales, customer engagement, and long-term growth.

Success Metrics

  • Achievement of sales, conversion, UPT, and AUR targets.

  • High levels of customer satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat engagement.

  • A cohesive, motivated, and high-performing store team.

  • Consistent operational excellence and elevated brand presentation.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary range of $75,000 – $90,000 annually.
